Private events are a wonderful option for deep personal or intimate group work. I've facilitated a broad range of private events over the years, including: family work such as preparing for pregnancy or working through familial challenges such as addiction, potential divorce, and grief; for group celebrations and initiations, such as a birthday's with friends or meaningful bachelor/ette celebration/preparation; private women's retreats; band members looking for inspiration and moving through creative blocks; retreats for colleagues, and more. Many of these are well suited to being paired with group coaching prep and integration before and after your event, if desired.

Fees: It is deeply important to me that this work remains accessible to those in need yet it needs to be sustainable, so that I can continue to provide this offering. I've created a tiered fee structure, which aims to strike the right balance.

Each night: $1,200 minimum*, with a $600 deposit to reserve your date and supplies. A private event can be for 1 - 8 people. $1,200 includes 1 to 4 people. Each additional person requires a $150 deposit & the remaining per/person payment based on the Fee Structure below. The remaining payment(s) are due 7 days prior to your event, when I send out a preparation email.

I occasionally have access to a location in North Austin and South of Dallas, which is included in the price. Your space may be an option, or you may wish to book an Airbnb or Retreat Center, in which case the fee can be divided among or otherwise handled by your group (I am not responsible for the location fee). An additional fee to cover my travel costs may be required, depending on distance. 

All participants &/or alternative spaces must be pre-approved to ensure safety for all involved. Please follow this referral process for participant approval and contact me to discuss your space and any travel fees that may apply.

FEE STRUCTURE (per person):

Standard: $300/night
for those who are able to meet their needs while budgeting educational, self-care and entertainment spending – for instance, those who are able to take some classes per year and eat out occasionally as long as you are mindful –  paying at this level helps sustain my work at a modest level.  (After $150 deposit, final payment is: $150.)

Sustaining: $400-650/night
This level more closely reflects the full value of this transformative  work and my personal effort in making it available. For those who navigate the world with relative ease, can meet their needs easily through employment (are able to eat out whenever or make purchases without having to think about its impact to your monthly obligations, can vacation) or can comfortably not work, &/or have access to family wealth, own property, etc. This allows me to provide for my family and make this work accessible to those with fewer resources. (For final payment, subtract $150 deposit.)

If you have limited access to resources in your family, it is a strain to meet needs such as housing, health care or child care and/or if you would not be able to access this work without a discounted payment option, work-trade or payment plan.

Add-on Options: I can put together a customized group preparation and integration coaching package, we can work as a group on a specific theme, for 1-3 weeks before and/or after your event via zoom to help you/your group make the most of your experience. Inquire regarding cost and interest.

PREPARATION - $277 for 3 weekly sessions, or $108 for a single session, online via zoom.

For 3 consecutive weeks prior to your Healing Circle, we'll meet for an hour to work with the your personal intention &/or the month's theme. We'll focus on intention crafting, exploring blocks, cultivating mindset, and supportive practices leading up to the transformative crescendo of Ceremony. Additionally, I'll offer practices that are helpful for navigating ceremonial space in general (especially recommended for first-timers). I'll address any fears or resistance and happily answer your questions so that you can move confidently into Circle and make the most of your experience.
 

INTEGRATION - $277 for 3 (or $108 for single session)
Integration is an incredibly important part of the ceremonial experience, especially given the leaps we take in both psyche and culture. For 3 weeks following your event, I'll guide you through self-inquiry and somatic practices to help you explore, contextualize and metabolize your experience, and coach you to translate what you've received from ceremony into action and expression in your daily life. 1hr sessions, online via zoom.
