  • Panda Birth  (Aww, sweet mama bear. This is more akin to human birth. Just think, no one even told her she was pregnant! Her body just started doing what it knows to do, including suckle her baby. An inspiring example of the same animal instinct that lies within you. May you trust that your body knows how to birth! )
